These Terms are between you and Andrei Angel Țîru, trading as Tyrus, based in Vamdrup, Denmark ("Tyrus"). By using tyrus.dk or submitting a request through a Tyrus public service, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to that use.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload endpoints in a manner that harms availability, impersonate another person, or use Tyrus services to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

The public Demo is a temporary evaluation environment. Do not upload secrets, private keys, production credentials, unnecessary personal data or material you are not entitled to use. Demo sandboxes are temporary and may be deleted automatically on logout, inactivity, maintenance or abuse controls; they are not a backup or permanent storage service.

Website access does not grant ownership of Tyrus software or source code. Any Tyrus software made available for download, activation or use is licensed, not sold, and is governed by the Tyrus End User License Agreement and any applicable Product Schedule. If these Terms and the EULA conflict on a software-specific matter, the EULA governs that matter.

Tyrus lets eligible users request a free, domain-bound license by providing a valid email address, domain, optional name and required EULA acceptance, then completing email verification. You must provide accurate information and control or be authorized to use the domain you claim.

A free license that has been validly issued remains governed by the EULA accepted for that license. Tyrus may change, pause or end the availability of new free-license requests prospectively; doing so does not by itself revoke an already issued license that remains valid under its accepted terms.

Diagnostic tools are provided for authorized testing and informational use. For Cookie Scanner, submit only a public target you own, administer, or have clear permission to assess. Do not use the scanner to probe private systems, evade access controls, harass third parties, generate abusive traffic or facilitate unlawful activity.

Scanner results are automated technical observations at a point in time. They do not constitute legal advice, a compliance certification, a security guarantee or a substitute for professional review.

When you send a contact request, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit any material included in the message. Do not send passwords, private keys, unnecessary sensitive personal data, unlawful content or confidential third-party material that Tyrus has not agreed to receive.

The Tyrus name, website design, original text, graphics, software, documentation and other protected material remain owned by Tyrus or the relevant rights holder. Except where the EULA or another written license expressly permits it, these Terms do not grant a right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense or create a competing copy from protected Tyrus material.

Tyrus may maintain, update, replace, limit or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary. Public tools may be rate-limited, temporarily unavailable or changed for security, reliability, legal or product reasons. Tyrus does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The website may link to third-party sites or depend on infrastructure providers. A link is provided for convenience and does not make Tyrus responsible for third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and public diagnostic tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tyrus does not warrant that every technical result is complete, current or suitable for a particular legal, security or business decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory statutory right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tyrus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or public tools, including loss caused by relying on a diagnostic result without independent verification. Any limitation in these Terms is subject to mandatory consumer and liability law and does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Software license validation is also described in the EULA.

These Terms are governed by Danish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's country of residence. The competent Danish courts have jurisdiction where the parties have not validly agreed or mandatory law does not require another forum.

Tyrus may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services, law or security requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
